Cepe festive

 Ingrediente

-4 cani cepe taiate felii
-5 linguri unt
-1 cana frisca groasa
-sare dupa gust
-piper negru macinat dupa gust
-2/3 cani parmezan
-2 oua

Preparare
Soteaza cepele in unt sau margarina pana devin transparente. Pune-le intr-o tava de copt. Intr-un bol mic bate ouale bine. Adauga frisca si asezoneaza cu sare si piper. Pune amestecul peste ceapa si imprastie branza deasupra. Coace, neacoperit, la 220 de grade C intre 15 si 20 de minute.
